Attorney Scott Whitaker joined Waystack Frizzell in 2014 after graduating from UNH School of Law. Scott is a Groveton High School graduate, received two degrees from White Mountains Community College, and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Plymouth State University. He was a Daniel Webster Scholar, served as Chief Justice of the UNH Law Moot Court Advisory Board in 2013-2014, and participated twice in the August A. These practical experiences, in addition to being a Daniel Webster Scholar, have given Scott a broad legal education that spans criminal defense, personal injury, and civil litigation.
Scott and his family have lived and worked in the North Country for over 20 years. He lives in Dummer with his wife, Rachel, whom he met while both were attending classes at White Mountains Community College. Scott and Rachel enjoy living and working in the outdoors.
